This property is one of the last great estates of the island's aristocracy.
This historic estate of 355 hectares with a medieval tower, fountains, tafona and chapel is one of the most important and spectacular mansions in Mallorca. Its existence dates back to the conquest of King James I in 1230. An aqueduct from the Arab period even flows through the country.

Once you enter this property, you can feel the energy and history it holds. For five centuries it was taken over by immediate family members and was associated with all members of the family estate.
Parties and social events were completed on the property. Approximately 200 employees took over the maintenance of the property, taking care of the plants and animals, such as sheep, goats and horses. 60 "Pura Raza Mallorquina" horses ran freely on the grounds at the beginning of the 19th century.

In 2006, the 1.500 m2 main house has been completely restored and impresses with its architectural style. Bright and elegant rooms with large windows and doors, 18th century ceiling painting, ceiling heights up to 6 meters and the staircase of the house give a special touch and a characteristic atmosphere. All bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms.

The garden has native trees and shrubs. The courtyards and terraces are quiet retreats that reveal something about the former life of the nobility. 3 outbuildings can be renovated. One building has a room capacity of around 15 rooms.
